We Need Female Volunteers!
To be bench coaches and referees to help make this an all-female event from the players to the rink officials.

You have to be female, older than 17 years old, know ice hockey, and if you are a referee, a decent skater as well. If you are in high school, we can sign off on volunteer hours to satisfy any school requirements.

There is no need to be "certified" though it would be nice to have USA Hockey certification.Â

Referees do not need to own a black and white striped shirt. But, at a minimum, you should have your own ice skates, helmet, and whistle.

Without our volunteers, this league would not be possible at the price point we are offering. Most of our volunteers are moms and dads. However, we also have volunteers who do not have any familial connection to the league, and yet, due to their love of hockey and support for girls ice hockey in particular, still participate as referees and bench coaches. Â This includes current adult female hockey players as well as former college hockey players.
